Products
MySNG is LEADERG's first B2C product - a live streaming platform that's available on Windows, iOS, and Android. The platform enables users to broadcast live videos to friends and the public. In collaboration with animal shelters and veterinary hospitals, LEADERG launched a campaign to promote the awareness and adoption of stray animals using MySNG's video streaming service. This service allows for the instant display of interactions between stray animals and shelter volunteers, increasing the animals' chances of finding a forever home.
My Role
As a project planner, my role was to support product launch events and product improvement. I was responsible for planning launch campaigns, testing product prototypes, and creating product instructions and requirements documentation.
- Collaborated with various stakeholders, including the CEO, development teams, and external clients to ensure that product launches were successful and met customer needs.
- Gathered feedback from users and clients to improve the product. This involved conducting surveys, focus groups, and user testing to understand how customers were using the product and what improvements could be made.
- Tested product prototypes to ensure that they were functional and met the desired specifications.
- Created product documentation, including instructions and requirements, to ensure that customers could easily understand and use the product.
Results
- Organized crowdfunding campaign on the top Taiwanese platform - 104 Crowdfunding and raised over 130% of the target funding, including sponsored presentation opportunity in Silicon Valley.
- Appointed by the CEO to visit venture capitalists, startups, and business incubators in Silicon Valley to study startup ecosystem in the U.S. and attract foreign investment.
