Two websites were designed to to attract talented individuals to join the Robots and Medical Mechatronics Laboratory (RMML) and its affiliated startup, POINT Robotics.

  1. RMML Homepage: the page is designed to attract talented students and researchers who are interested in joining the lab. It includes the latest lab news, academic projects, and introductions to core team members, which provides visitors with a comprehensive understanding of RMML's mission and values.
  2. POINT Robotics Landing Page: The purpose of this landing page is to attract professionals who are interested in joining the startup team. The page provides a brief overview of the startup's mission and values, as well as information on current job openings and how to get in touch with the team. By providing this information in a concise and easy-to-navigate format, the team are able to attract top talent and encourage them to apply to join POINT Robotics.

My Role

As a project manager and front-end developer, I played a crucial role in developing and maintaining the two websites:

  • Defined project scopes, key features, and launch timeline for two talent recruitment websites.
  • Conducted UI design and front-end development for both websites, ensuring websites were visually appealing and easy to use.
  • Maintained websites and monitored traffic to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contributed to the success of the startup by attracting talented individuals to join RMML and POINT Robotics.
