usmartmobi is an e-commerce platform for buying and selling new and used tech products. It's built to provide end users the best and eco-friendly choice.
The complete vision for the platform is made up of two major aspects – e-commerce and ecosystem. The e-commerce section offers users the ability to buy and sell tech products, while a trade-in feature encourages users to recycle their own devices during the check-out process. The Ecosystem section is designed to provide users with relevant tech-related information to help them make informed decisions about the best product or service for their needs. As part of the initial stage of development, Media Room and Repair Info features were launched first. These features aim to enhance the user experience by providing comprehensive media coverage and easy access to repair information.
My Role
As a product manager, I collaborated closely with the VP, the EC account manager, and cross-functional teams throughout the entire product development process, from ideation to launch. My responsibilities included defining project scopes, creating plans, leading UX/UI design efforts through user research, user flow diagrams, and wireframes, overseeing project management, and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure a successful launch.
